  • Where will it be held?
    Oktoberfest Ipswich will be held in a city centre location which will be announced in the coming weeks. We will be creating a bavarian beer hall like no other, with the capacity to hold upto 2,000 people per session!
  • Do we have to book tickets, or can we pay on the day?
    We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. We're expecting the majority of sessions to sell out in advance. We will have the option to purchase tickets on the day, if available.
  • What drinks and food will be available
    Beers, Prosecco, soft drinks, spirits, wines... We will have a large selection of drinks for you to choose from. We will have a wide range of draft beers along with bottles of Prosecco & wine. Our food court will serve authentic Bavarian food including bratwurst, currywurst & a range of Vegan options along with a dessert option.
  • What entertainment do you have?
    The Bavarian Strollers are Oktoberfest Ipswich's resident Oompah band. You will find them performing a number sets throughout each session, accompanied by a DJ to fill in between their breaks!
  • Do you have to arrive by a certain time?
    Yes. Each session has a 'last entry' time. Friday Evening = 8pm Saturday day = 1:30pm Saturday Evening = 7:30pm
  • Is there table service?
    Yes, we will offer table service to those seated within our VIP section. Anyone seated within our general seated area will have to purchase drinks at the bar.
  • Do you accept cash at the bars?
    We operate a cashless site for our events. This is to help speed up our rate of service on the bars. Please come prepared with card / contactless payment methods.

  • What drinking vessel's do you have?
    We use One Cup, a sustainable solution to event cups which means all cups onsite are re-used or recycled. If you wish to drink from a stein, these will cost £5 & are for you to keep!
  • Do you allow dogs on site?
    We do not. We only allow guide dogs.
  • Is there any age limit?
    Yes, you have to be over the age of 18 to attend this event.
